Badminton (volano) is a racket sport something in between tennis and squash.
There are players from complete beginner to expert, so you'll be able to choose who to play with.
Just ask one of the other players and they will kindly teach you the rules and how to play the game.
After the game comes the best part...we all go and have a beer or two at Pacini Cafe ;-)
When?
Every Tuesday evening between 8pm and 10pm.
We also play some Friday evenings (booking confirmation required every Friday).
Where?
Via Carlo Matteucci N°3
What do I need to bring?: shorts, t-shirt, training shoes, and stuff for a shower afterwards.
Don't worry if you don't have a badminton racket as there are enough rackets to borrow.
How much?
Each 2 hour game costs just €5 and you will be given a card containing 10 games for €50. The games card can be used at any time and never expires.
Insurance for 1 year: €50

How to get there:
From the Lima metro walk towards Loreto and take the 2nd on your right into via Spontini and when you get to piazzale Bacone turn left into via Carlo Matteucci. N°3 is at a black gate. Just walk down the alley, go up the stairs and you've arrived.
Someone will be there to meet you at the desk on the left-hand side of the entry hall.
